The use of solar energy
To capture the free renewable energy of the sun and thus contribute to the preservation of the environment. An installation which complements an electrical system which takes over when there is insufficient sunshine. Economic, perfectly integrated with the design of the house, this installation benefits from aid from the ADEME, the Regional Council and reduction in taxation, which in turn significantly reduces the cost of the installation.

Soon, with this same aim of preserving the environment, it will be proposed to collect rainwater to water the garden, for the WC, washing machine, etc...

With the help of some installations for the toilet part, installations are already envisaged such as: the width of the doors, widths of passage ways, lowered thresholds, room distribution plan.

A little over a year age, M Roland Germain, President of Maison Individuelle SA (MI-SA) officially received the NF Maison individuelle certificate issued by the Afnor for all the brands of the group.

M. Roland Germain has always stated his will to pursue this approach for the new companies acquired by MI-SA. Today this is the case for the Demeures de la Côte d’argent, which in its turn has obtained the certificate.

"The attribution of the NF Maison Individuelle brand , underlines Mr. Romain Germain, is very motivating for all our teams, justly rewarded for their efforts for the total satisfaction of our customers. Certification is obviously not an end in itself but, for purchasers, it is the practical expression of our commitments as much in terms of quality of construction as in services. "

Created 30 years ago, the Demeures de la Côte d’Argent company has been considered for many years as the regional flagship of house construction, with more than 8200 houses built. A company founded on ethics and quality, which comes from being recognised by the certification of NF Maison Individuelle. With 588 houses sold in 2003, the Demeures de la Côte d’Argent company made a significant contribution to the good results of the MI-SA group. Let us recall that NF Maison Individuelle is a brand of official certification of products and services relating to the house and to the services offered by the manufacturer, before, during and after work.
